I wasn't aware that it was her townhouse but she made the massage room very cozy and comfy. She was very professional and gave me a great massage so for the price it was very good!

The environment was a little different and not what I was expecting. It is in the massues home and in a very small room, perhaps a closet. She doesn't have a waiting area so you can't and are told that you shouldn't be early. You have to wait outside by the garage gate to be let in and then you enter through the garage. Its just not what I expected when I booked the massage so it felt strange and a little uncomfortable.
Aside from all of that before I even got the massage there was a great deal of mix up with scheduling. First I booked the appointment because I had too in order to purchase the massage and was given a confirmation for that time. Then two days before my massage I was sent a reminder. That reminder stated an hour later than I had booked. When I sent an email to Lifebooker I was told that an email had been sent to me stating that they had double booked. I never received that email. I then proceeded to call the massues myself and she told me that that was the time and finally was able to change my appointment to earlier in the day. At this point I wasn't sure how much I was actually looking forward to this massage. Anyway, yesterday the 2nd of April I got an email from Lifebooker regarding an appointment change for the 31st of March (the appointment that I already had and also stated the wrong time again). I'm not sure if I will book anything else through lifebooker. I've had better luck with Groupon and Living Social.
