Mayumi is amazing! she is so considerate, thorough, tries very hard to make sure her clients are happy, is working all the time... massage, mask, serums, ultrasound, etc etc... i love how she explains every serum and procedure she is doing and what i is supposed to help...the massage was HEAVEN and the facial was fantastic... i left without any makeup... my friends asked me what i'd done! they said i looked amazing refreshed and lifted... mayumi is my go-to gal from now on.. fantastic experience!

Although I went in there wanting one thing, she really took the time to look at my hair & feel it & she gave me her suggestions & opinions. I've been to stylists who just did what I say and who didn't care about the integrity of my hair, but Courtney gave me advice. I love my color! Plus she cut my hair & gave me an amazing blow dry! <3 her!

They were polite enough to call and let me know the appointment I booked on Lifebooker that morning could not be filled. Too bad the LB system can't update real time availability, it's best to call the salon first.
