Even though Joey was running behind, he still did an amazing job on my hair. I barely had to explain much to him, and he just knew EXACTLY how I wanted my hair done. It was a simple hair cut, and I love it! He was also very easy/cool to talk to.

About Joey at The Cottage Hair Studio
I have been in the business of beauty for 9 years during which I have kept myself on the cutting-edge by never settling for one specialty. My education consists of three very different approaches to beauty, all of which have shaped me into the stylist I am today.
I began my continued education with Aveda. Aveda uses the influence of nature to bring out your inner beauty. By using their earthy approach to beauty, and their eco-friendly outlook, I remained at Aveda for 5 years where I continued to perfect my art.
I also studied with Vidal Sassoon, the leader of cutting edge hairdressing, which taught me to change the look of contemporary hair. Working with bone structure, face shape and complexion, I use extraordinary precision (what Vidal Sassoon stylists are notorious for) to create a cut that complements your personality and style.
Following Vidal Sassoon, I continued my education by mastering with Toni&Guy. Recognized for their styling products such as BedHead and S-Factor, Toni&Guy is also quickly becoming a leader in creative hairstyling. By following their philosophy of bringing the "catwalk to the client", I work one-on-one with each client to unleash your inner supermodel!
Currently I've blended my experiences together to create my signature-style while working at The Cottage Hair Studio on Robertson.
