Booked online and when I got there a few minutes before the appointed time, I was told that I was not on their schedule. I showed them my confirmation from Lifebooker, and the receptionist told me that Kasey already had clients booked for the exact same time, but she will see if I can be squeezed in between clients. How can she have others scheduled if I'm also booked for the exact same timeslot? I was asked if I wanted to reschedule. I refused because the only reason I went all the way to Burbank was to get my eyebrows done. I did not want to come back simply because they made a mistake on their end and had double bookings. Half an hour later, I finally was able to see Kasey. The actual eyebrow service was just okay. I felt like she was in a hurry because she had other people scheduled. The actual place was pretty cute, though. They had free Keurig coffee and chocolates inside, and I felt that was a nice touch. Overall though, I don't know if I will come back. If I had been seen promptly and was assisted during the appointed time, I would not have been so upset. If the service was not so rushed, this review would probably have been different. I didn't even get an apology. Oh, well...

Kasey is amazing, her hands are magical. Be prepared to be transported into true serenity and pure relaxation. My skin felt extremely hydrated and my friends and family said that I was glowing. I am definitely becoming a regular! The space and atmosphere are cozy, everything is very neat and clean. The salon is super cute and in a great area. Thanks!

My eyebrows look great. Kasey listened to what I was looking for (not thin, just clean-up and slight shaping). I have been to Kasey before for mini-micro. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Kasey was really great, super professional, and really fast!! I went with a medium color spray tan and it looks great. No streaks or spots. I do wish I had gone a little darker, but I was afraid of the orange-ness that comes with that. I think Kasey read into my fear of going to dark when she picked my medium bronze. I am certainly not the ghost I was before I walked through her door! thanks!
