This Privacy Statement covers the website www.lifebooker.com (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Lifebooker, LLC. Lifebooker will maintain your personal information as described in this Privacy Statement. Capitalized terms used herein will have the meanings assigned to such terms in the User Agreement.
This Privacy Statement is an integral part of our Site and cannot, in any way, be separated from the User Agreement. If you do not agree with any aspect of our Privacy Statement, you must not use the Site. Lifebooker does not sell, rent, loan or otherwise distribute any of your personal information (including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number or any other identifiable information about you) to any third party without your prior consent except as set forth in this Privacy Statement and the User Agreement. Lifebooker will pass on to Service Providers certain information in connection with reservations so that the Service Provider can confirm and/or contact you in connection with a reservation. Lifebooker will pass on to Service Providers and Merchants certain information in connection with Lifebooker Loot purchases. In addition, Lifebooker may use your personal information: (1) to provide you with reward points and other products and services of Lifebooker as discussed in the User Agreement; (2) to provide you with information about our services; (3) to provide services which you are entitled to under, and to otherwise contact you in connection with, the terms and conditions of the User Agreement; (4) to produce aggregate statistical data for the improvement of services offered by us or for any other reason determined by us; (5) for any other purposes related to those stated above; and (6) for such other purposes as we shall determine after 30 days notice to you. Please be assured that we will take commercially reasonable steps to protect the security of the personal information we receive from you. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Statement, Lifebooker may be required to disclose user and personal information in response to inquiries by law enforcement officials or under and pursuant to applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not provide any personal information to us. If you refuse or withdraw your consent, or if you choose not to provide us with any required personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the Services.
BY SUBMITTING PERSONAL INFORMATION TO US, AND/OR BY USING OUR SITE, YOU AGREE THAT WE MAY COLLECT, USE AND DISCLOSE SUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT AND AS PERMITTED OR REQUIRED BY LAW.
